Create Community Connections for Your Interns with the 2024 Talent Dubuque: An Intern Engagement Program
Greater Dubuque Development has the solution to help enhance your Summer intern engagement efforts and amplify their experiences of the Greater Dubuque region. Our ‘Talent Dubuque: An Intern Engagement Program’ will provide your Summer interns with a series of networking and community experiences to maximize retention of interns and area college students by demonstrating first-hand how YOU can be great here in the Greater Dubuque area.
The program is FREE and open to interns of Workforce Solutions Investors or any student currently enrolled in a regional institution of higher learning. Participants will experience the culture that makes the Greater Dubuque region unique while connecting with other young professionals, community and business leaders, and one another.

Registration for the program is now open. HR representatives or internship program managers will be encouraged to register their interns to support intern awareness and engagement in the program. Individual college students will be responsible for registering themselves. Participants will be responsible for registering for individual events as dates approach to ensure accurate food counts and dietary needs.
